1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Intelligence Suite platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
2. Platform Access and SUET Protocol
Access to Intelligence Suite is strictly regulated via our Single-Use Expiring Token (SUET) security architecture. Users must authenticate through authorized institutional accounts. Sharing of credentials, token manipulation, or attempting to bypass the secure JWT lifecycle is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access.
3. Permitted Use & Data Integrity
You agree to use the intelligence exclusively for internal evaluation, risk assessment, and market analysis. Our statutory data streams are provided to enhance institutional market visibility. You may not resell, redistribute, or package the indexing feeds for external commercialization without explicit written consent from Intelligence Suite Ltd.
4. Data Transparency & Sourcing Compliance
All intelligence provided by Intelligence Suite is aggregated from publicly accessible UK local authorities, government registries, and public filings. We explicitly state that we strictly adhere to robots.txt protocols and server rate-limiting across all government and municipal domains to preserve digital infrastructure.
5. Intellectual Property
While the underlying raw statutory data is public, the structural organization, proprietary indexing algorithms, and Gemini-verified data integrity applied to the data remain the exclusive intellectual property of Intelligence Suite Ltd.
6. Payment and Subscription Terms
Access to the Intelligence Suite is provided on a monthly B2B subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected institutional payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
7. Limitation of Liability
Intelligence Suite Ltd provides data on an "as is" basis for research purposes. We shall not be held liable for any investment outcomes arising from the use of our analytical signals.
8. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify active users of any material changes via the Communication Terminal or email.
